- The USPTO plans to issue a sole source purchase order to Systems Integration, Inc., 8201 Corporate Drive, Suite 300, Landover, MD 20785, for renewal of software licenses, software maintenance and software support for Interactive Intelligence, Inc.'s (I3) Customer Interaction Center (CIC) software and hardware maintenance and support for Stratus Technology Inc.'s Fault Tolerance (ft) Servers. USPTO's current Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) Infrastructure utilizes I3 proprietary CIC software, Stratus Technology's ft servers and System Integration, Inc.'s developed ft Server telephony cards. SII is uniquely qualified to continue to provide the requried support based on the following (1) SII is the only company that is both I3 and Stratus Certified; (2) SII integrated the I3 software with the Stratus ft servers for use in USPTO's ECC Infrastructure; and (3) SII is the developer and sole maintenance provider for the telephony cards that work in conjunction with the Stratus ft Servers.
