Description

The project will consist of procuring professional Architect/Engineer (A/E) services to update the completed Exterior Envelope Survey Report. The report was completed in 2004 by The Hillier Group. The main objective will be the re-assessment and documentation of the existing condition of the building window systems and envelope masonry system. The exterior masonry consists of limestone, slate panels and terracotta decorative elements. U.S. Custom House is on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) listing.
