Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). This project is to provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace existing roof and perimeter cap flashing on the multi-mission building located at USCG Loran Station Gillette, 1131 Clarkellen Road, Campbell County, Gillette, WY 82716-9805. The estimated value of this procurement is between $100,000,00 and $250,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) code is 238160. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $13.0 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge on line at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. The performance period is 60 calendar days. BID OPENING DATE IS JULY 8, 2008, 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
