- Resulting solicitation will solicit Invitation For Bids (IFB) for a contract to Renovate Building 95, Ft Campbell, KY. Specifically, the contractor shall be required to provide new HVAC and associated electrical systems for the Basement 1st and 2nd floor areas. Provide new carpet and paint, ceiling, and lighting throughout the entire facility. The Basement, 1st and 2nd level renovation includes asbestos abatement and worker safety against lead-based paint. Construct compartmentalized areas in basement to support Brigades functions to include conference room, office areas, and toilets. Provide computer repair workspace on first floor to include customer waiting area, employee break room, data recovery & repair area, technician workstations, and utilization of the existing vault. Upgrade two restrooms and expand existing video teleconferencing capabilities. Provide space for planners to include conference space with projection capabilities, and perform other associated work as outlined in the specifications. Magnitude of this project is estimated between $1.0 Million - $5.0 Million. Contract type will be firm fixed price. This acquisition is 100% Set- Aside for HUBZone Business Concerns. NACIS is 236220/$31 Million.
