Description

The Army Reserve Contracting Center (ARCC) Fort Dix, NJ intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Install Secure Area as specified in the requirements and on technical exhibits. All work shall be in accordance with standard building maintenance practices and guidelines. Work is to be performed at Horace B Hanson USARC, 1400 Golden Acorn Dr, Birmingham, AL 35244. The period of performance is sixty days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $15,000.00 and $30,000.00. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $31.0mil. Pursuant to FAR 19.1002, this acquisition is issued emerging small business. Only one award shall be made. To be eligible for award, offerors must have a current, valid registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation package will be available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about May 30, 2008. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the ASFI website. Interested companies are advised to check the website periodically for amendments.
