- The proposed work consists of furnishing alllabor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation,supervision, and incidentals necessary to install anew single ply roofing system for Bureau of IndianAffairs (BIA) Dormitories at Aztec, San Juan County,New Mexico,. This project is a Total Set-Aside forSmall Business Concern. The BIA is planning to award afirm, fixed-price construction contract. The estimatedprice range for this project is between $250,000 and$500,000. All interested Small Business firms shallsubmit a written request for a solicitation package tothe Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Acquisition,Attention Ella M. Dempsey, 301 West Hill Street, P. O.Box 1060, Gallup, New Mexico 87305 or fax yourrequest to the Attention of Ella M. Dempsey at (505)863-8382. A Bid Bond of 20 percent of the bid priceis required; and 100 percent Performance and PaymentBonds and Certificate of Liability Insurance arerequired upon award. Telephone requests to obtain thesolicitation package will not be accepted. Technicalinquiries shall be submitted in writing ten (10)calendar days before the closing date. The bidopening for Invitation for Bid No. RMN00080057 isscheduled at 2:00 P.M. (local time), June 20, 2008,at BIA, Navajo Regional Office, Division ofAcquisition, 301 W. Hill Ave., 3rd Floor ConferenceRoom No. 342, Gallup, New Mexico 87301. Allresponsive bids from responsible bidders will beconsidered. Contract award will be made to the lowestresponsive and responsible bidder.
