- The VAMC Memphis, TN has an intent to sole source a contract with Simplex Grinnell, 4139 Cadillac Court, Louisville, KY 40213 to provide a full maintenance contract and necessary labor, material, tools and two way radios to conduct quarterly and annual inspections and testing of the Simplex Fire Alarm System. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes however responses received on or before May 23, 2008 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and at a minimum include brochures, company literature, plus a list of three references from similar facilities who are currently using your services.
