- Q1.Regarding page 67 of the solicitation, paragraph 1. Technical, sub-paragraph a. Technical Capability/Reliability, does the Government intend toreference paragraph 3.1.1 of the Performance Work Statement, instead ofparagraph 3.3? The language for the sub-paragraphs stated on page 67 areconsistent with section 3.1.1 of the Performance Work Statement Q2.Regarding page 53 of the solicitation, paragraph Volume I(b), sub-paragraph a. Technical Capability/Reliability, does the Government intend toreference paragraph 3.1.1 of the Performance Work Statement, instead ofparagraph 3.3? Answer 1 & 2: The Government intends to reference paragraph 3.1.1 of thePerformance Work Statement instead of paragraph 3.3 of the Performance WorkStatement as stated in the RFP. On pages 53 & 67 of the solicitation, theGovernment references 3.3 of the Performance Work Statement. Please referenceparagraph 3.1.1 of the Performance Work Statement for both instances. Q3.Regarding Exhibit 4, Past Performance Questionnaire: a.On the cover page, please confirm that the Governmentrecipient for the questionnaire is Michael Grant, emailMichael.grant16@us.army.mil, Commercial: 973-724-6742. These lines arecurrently incomplete. If this is not the correct Government recipient, pleaseprovide the appropriate contact information. b.The cover page requests that the offeror complete the surveywithin seven (7) working days of receipt. The first paragraph on the next pagerequests that the offeror complete the survey within 3 days of receipt. Pleaseidentify the specific completion timeframe that both pages should reference. Answer 3: Contact for all correspondence for this RFP is Mr. Michael Grant.Michael.grant16@us.army.mil. The government will also give all offeror's (7)working days of receipt to complete the questionnaire.
