- THIS IS A 100% EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment required to:1. Construct cofferdam and dewater as needed or other methods of diversion, dewatering, etc., as approved.2. Remove sediment adjacent to the structure as shown on the drawings. Spread material, as directed, within one mile of the site.3. Repair structure concrete as specified. All work will be performed in compliance with the Descriptions and Specifications; and the Drawings and Maps. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF SITE Prospective offerors may inspect the sites by contacting the Refuge Manager, Medicine Lake National Wildlife Refuge, 223 North Shore Road, Medicine Lake, Montana, 59247-9600, phone (406) 789- 2305. The estimated magnitude of construction is under $30,000.00. The total performance is 45 days from the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is open to Emerging Small Business concerns only. The NAICS code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, and small business size standard is $31 Million. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on/or about May 21, 2008 with an anticipated closing date of June 20, 2008. Copies of the Request for Proposal, specifications and drawings can be obtained at http://www.fbo.gov once available for issuance.
