- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, RI intends to purchase a number of Cisco hardware items that will be used to upgrade NUWCDIVNPT network. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items on a Sole Make and Model basis, no substitutions will be accepted. All items must be new in their original packaging. CLIN 0001- Cisco Hardware p/n WS-X4516-10GE Qty 4. CLIN 0002- Cisco Hardware p/n WS-X4148 Qty 12. CLIN 0003- Cisco Hardware p/n S45ESK9-12231SG Qty 6. CLIN 0004- Cisco Hardware p/n WS-C4503 Qty 6. CLIN 0005- Cisco Hardware p/n PWR-C45-1000AC Qty 6. CLIN 0006- Cisco Hardware p/n WS-X4424-GB-RJ45 Qty 6. CLIN 0007- Cisco Hardware p/n WS-X4418-GB Qty 2. CLIN 0008- Cisco Hardware p/n GLC-SX-MM Qty 14. CLIN 0009- Cisco Hardware p/n WS-C3750G-24TS-S Qty 16. CLIN 0010- Cisco Hardware p/n WS-X4515 Qty 4. Specifics of each line item and further details will be released upon issue of RFQ N66604-08-Q-3589, which is anticipated to be on or about 05/28/2008. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code is 423430, size standard is 100 employees. All offerors must adhere to the following statement: “Vendor shall certify that it is a Cisco Authorized Channel as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by Cisco to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable Cisco certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, vendor shall warrant that the products are new and in their original box. The vendor confirms to have sourced all Cisco products submitted in this offer from Cisco or through Cisco Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current Cisco applicable policies at the time of purchase. Vendor shall provide us with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all Cisco software is licensed originally to Buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the Cisco Software”.
