- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound has a requirement to procure Ventilation Cleaning Services in support of the USS Michigan and the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This requirement is intended to be negotiated on a sole source basis with EMS ICE INC. per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This commercial firm fixed priced procurement will utilize FAR parts 12 and 13.5. The period of performance for this requirement is required to start on 07 July 2008. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
