- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG25-08-3L3C71 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 32119. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following items: Item (1) 1/2 inchX4 FOOT X 8 FOOT MDO FIR EXT. PLYWOOD, 1 SIDE. (1020 SHEETS) Proposals should include freight to CG, ISC ST. Louis, Industrial Div, Foot of Arsenal St, ST. Louis, MO 63118. The following FAR Provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commerical Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commerical Items, all offerors are to include with their quote a completed completed copy of FAR 52.212-3. Copies of 52.212-3 are available upon request from the Contracting Officer or @ http://www.arnet.gov/far/97-03/html/52_000.html. FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues or Executive Orders Commerical Items. The following clauses cited in FAR 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition: 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside (June 2003) (15 U.S.C. 644, FAR 52.222-26,Equal Opportunity (Apr 2002), 52-222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilites (June 1998), 52.225-1, Buy American Act-Supplies (June 2003), 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003).
