- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulations 12 and 13. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number VA-248-08-RQ-0292 applies and is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24, The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 518210 size standard is $23 million. Provide cancer registry services for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612, in accordance with terms and provisions of solicitation for the period six months from date of award. Subject to availability of funds. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by 3:00 PM EDT, May 28, 2008. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available May 21, 2008. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: https://www.fbo.gov/. Any amendments or additional information issued to this solicitation will also be available electronically at the URL address.
