Description

The work involves selectively gutting six interior rooms on the second floor of the J.C. Cleveland Federal Building located in Concord, NH with the subsequent consolidation of the designated spaces into one 915 +/- SF Call center for the National Agricultural Statistics Service. The work to include the selective demolition of overhead lighting systems, HVAC air distribution system, fire alarm and fire detection systems, suspended acoustical ceiling(s), wet sprinkler system, interior gypsum wall partitions and flooring system. The larger consolidated space will have the above mentioned systems returned to service accommodating the single larger room complying with all local, state and federal regulations for each of the regulated systems. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be available on FedBizOpps on or about June 5, 2008.
