- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 5 and 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W912JV-08-T-2004 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). We are looking for your best and final offer for the products/services listed below. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This acquisition is as a Set-Aside for small/disadvantaged business, NAICS 333314, Size standard 500, SIC Code: 3827, FSC 6032. CLIN 0001, 20 each, Pocket Laser Range Finder (PLRF) with Compass, model 15C, complete with accessories. Standard accessories include: battery, pouch, & operator manual. CLIN 0002, 40 each, SSW1 Communications Software for Rockwell Collins GPS FLGR+96 (must be compatible with PSN-13, DAGR). CLIN 0003, 40 each, SSW10 Communications Software for Garmin 12/60/72/76, CLIN 0004, 40 each, SEV74 Data Cable for PLRF to PLGR with trigger, 5-pin LEMO connector (must be compatible with PSN-13, DAGR. CLIN 0005, 40 each, SEV93 Data Cable for PLRF to PLGR with trigger, 5-pin LEMO connector, CLIN 0006, 40 each, SAD84 Night Version Adapter for AN/PVS-14 to PLRF, CLIN 0007 SSWXY Communications Software for function to calculate Fall of Shot. Delivery will be FOB Destination Portland IAP, OR 97218-2797.
