- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 08SQ301187 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The NAICS code is 332116, Metal Stamping, and the size standard is 500 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for the manufacture of five thousand (5,000) all-copper medallions coins; three-hundred (300) all-copper proof medallion coins; twenty five thousand (25,000) plated copper medallion coins; thirty thousand three-hundred (30,300) plastic packaging for medallions; and two (2) three-dimensional dies. The three-dimensional design for the coins will be furnished by Hoover Dam. These coins will be used as commemorative souvenir medallions. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due June 20, 2008 by 4:00 p.m. local time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-3110), P.O.
