Description

The Transportation Security Administration is seeking information regarding contractor support to the Office of Civil Rights and Liberties. Consequently, the TSA is soliciting information to determine the availability of capable contractors that can accomplish this task. Information submitted will be used to assist the Government in the continuing development of its acquisition strategy for a nationwide program for support to the Office of Civil Rights and Liberties. This RFI is issued solely for market research, planning and information purposes and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contractual agreement, nor will the Government pay for information solicited hereunder. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. See attachment for Request for Information.
