- This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled KSC GROUNDS AND LANDSCAPEMAINTENANCE AND PEST CONTROL CONTRACT (GLMPC)which was posted on 29 APR 08. The purposeof this modification is to upload the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP).Prospective offerors are invited to submit comments on all aspects of the DRFP. Moreover,in accordance with NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation 1815.201(c)(6)(A), prospectiveofferors are also requested to identify any unnecessary and/or inefficient requirements. The site visit date and Points of Contact will be uploaded as a separate notice.Industry comments to the Draft RFP shal be due 06/09/08, 2:00 PM ET. Submission ofcomments shall be made via email or FAX to Beverly.Davis@nasa.gov or 321-867-1188. Allcomments shall reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email or FAX.NOTE: Oral communications regarding this acquisition will not be accepted. Governmentresponses to comments will NOT be posted in later modifications. The procurement teamwill consider all comments and make any changes as necessary. Any changes/correctionswill be incorporated into the final Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated releaseof the final RFP is targeted as 13 June 08. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/KSC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=76 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
