- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constiutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase of Sol-Gel, 3 Syringes/1 Bottle Distilled Water, 100 ML, Part Numbet AC-130, Estimated Quantity 2,160 kits. The Period Of Performance is 12 months. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. See Note 22: Sole Source This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) Fb206780959352. Written procedures will be issued for this combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-26, NAICS Code: 325199.
