- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ: JFK08Q00021. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible offeror. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts intends to award one purchase order for the following: CLIN0001 – ETC Source four 14 degree lens tube, 60 each; CLIN0002 – ETC EOS console w/ 4000 channel count, shall include 8 hours of operating training by factory authorized representative, 1 each; CLIN0003 – ETC EOS rack mount processor w/4000 channel count, 1 each; CLIN0004 – ETC ION console w/2000 channel count, shall include 4 hours of operating training by factory authorized representative, 2 each; CLIN0005 – ETC EOS/ION video node, 3 each; CLIN0006 – ETC EOS/ION 20 Slider Sub-master wing, 2 each; CLIN0007 – ETC EOS/ION 40 Slider Sub-master wing, 1 each; CLIN0008 – ETC EOS/ION wireless RFU, 2 each; CLIN0009 – Source 4 Par/14 degree 6” color extender, 60 each; CLIN0010 – Fleenor Design 1211-5-FMC 1 in 11 output DMX opto-splitter w/face mounted power connector, 2 each; CLIN0011 – RK16-1 rack mount kit for opto splitter, 2 each; CLIN0012 – Fleenor Design 125EE-5FMC 1 in 5 output DMX opto-splitter w/face mounted power connector, 6 each; CLIN0013 – RK8-2 rack mount kit for opto splitter, 3 each.
