- The proposed acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 561612 with a Small Business Size Standard of $17 million dollars in average annual receipts as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for commercial service-supply prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6 for the “Armed Security Guard Coverage” for Lucky Peak Dam and Lake Administrative Office and Recreational Areas on Corps of Engineers managed lands, Boise, Idaho, utilizing commercial practices. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about May 22, 2008. QUOTATIONS are due June 3, 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Offerors need to include a completed copy of provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All Offerors must be CCR (Central Contract Registered) prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.ccr.gov <http://www.ccr.gov>. By submission of a quote, a vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. Prior to quoting, it is preferred that vendors complete the Online the Representations and Certifications (ORCA). To do so requires CCR registration, including an MPIN number. Instructions may be obtained, and required information may be entered, at <http://orca.bpn.gov>. If you ARE NOT ORCA registered, you will need to complete and provide paragraphs (B) through (I) of provision 52.212-3 in the solicitation. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be available via FedBizOpps.gov (https://www.fbo.gov/ ). Search for W912EF08Q0087. NO CD's OR HARD COPIES WILL BE AVAILABLE.
