Description
MODIFICATION: THE OPENING/CLOSING DATES HAVE CHANGED: OPENING DATE: JUNE 10, 2008 CLOSING: JULY 9, 2008. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a market basket solicitation consisting of 30 competitive NSNs. The solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract with a one-year base period and 4 option years. The list of NSNs will not be publicized until RFP issue date. Federal Supply Classes: 6210, 6220, 6230, 6240 and 6350. NAICS = 335122. Reverse Auction MAY be utilized; NSNs will be awarded on a line-by-line basis -- may result in multiple awards. Solicitation No: SPM4A2-08-R-0027; PR: IQC08116009012. Buy American Act will be utilized. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Delivery: varies based on NSN. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Unit of Issue: Varies based on NSN. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Some NSNs may have a surge requirement. A surge plan is required for NSNs with surge requirement.
