- This notice is for Project No. 623-08-053, Renovate Rms 5A01-04 & 5B56 for Audiology for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, Muskogee, OK. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). All SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. If your firm is not legally designated as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, you are not eligible to bid on this project. This procurement is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $31.0 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work for this requirement consists of, but is not limited to: Contract Construction Services for Station Level Project 623-08-053, Relocate Audiology to Bldg 1- 5th floor. Project consists of minor demolition, general construction, & electrical construction. Contractor shall relocate all equipment, furniture, and files from existing Audiology Department to new location on 5TH floor bldg 1, as indicated on the contract drawings. Contractor shall provide all labor material and equipment necessary to perform the required demolition and construction in areas indicated on the contract drawings and specifications in buildings #1. Contractor is responsible for keeping the work area safe and clean daily. All work shall comply with local and state codes. Construction duration is 90 days.Specifications and drawings will be uploaded on or about May 23, 2008. Specs and plans will be available for download from the fedbizopps site. http://fbo.gov. Amendments to this solicitation will be posted at the fedbizopps website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps to Receive Notification of amendments. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing of the response time.
