Description

ACU-T Bundle Kit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #W912JB-08-T-2015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24, Effective 31 March 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001 and DFARS Current to DCN 20080331 Edition. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS Codes - 443112/334220. Size standards are $8M and 750 employees respectively. Request that all offerors quote utilizing General Services Administration (GSA) schedule if product is available. Evaluation will be based on the overall best value for the government. Evaluation factors are price, technical, delivery. FOB Destination. The ship to location is Grand Ledge, Michigan 48837. Delivery is required within 20 days from date of award. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. Contract financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. This RFQ has six (6) line items. Quotations are being solicited on a brand name OR EQUAL basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Manufacturer of items is Raytheon. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order is anticipated. Item 0001 - 3 each, ACU-T Bundle Kit: Chassis, HSP4, CPM4, Case Option, Battery, Manuals, and Accessories Kit, Part # 5030-210000; Item 0002* - 12 each, DSP-2 Digital Signal Processor Module, Part # 5961-818000; Item 0003* - 3 each, PSTN-2 Public Switch Telephone Interface Module, Part # 5050-300000; Item 0004 - 6 each, Cable, ACU to Motorola MTS-1000/2000 HT-1000 XTS-3000 and 5000, Part # 5961-291130-15 Item 0005 - 6 each, Cable, ACU to Military MIC Connector; 5-PIN; 15 ft, Interfaces with PRC-152 Radio, Part # 5961-291141-15; Item 0006 - 3 each, Cable, ACU to Military MIC Connector; 6-PIN; 15 ft, Interfaces with SINCGARS Radio, Part # 5961-291137-15 *Items 0002 & 0003 are generally included with the above ACU-T Bundle Kit. The Contracting Officer will evaluate EQUAL products on the basis of the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation and the information furnished by the quoter or identified in the quote and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer.
