- The Government has a commodities requirement for Acquisition Balancer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 425110 with a size standard of 500 Employees; the SIC code is 3728. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through [Federal Register: February 13, 2007 (Volume 72, Number 29)]. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Line Item 0001: VXP Acquisition Unit, MFR: Honeywell, Model # 901-15160-2, or equal QTY: 1 EA Line Item 0002: VXP Display unit, MFR: Honeywell, Model# 901-17330, Or equal QTY: 1 EA Line Item 0003: VXP AU to DU Cable, MFR: Honeywell, Model # 902-17317-12, or equal QTY: 1 ea Line Item 0004: Printer W/ Battery Disp. Set, MFR: Honeywell, Model# 906-14492 or equal QTY: 1 ea Line Item 0005: Caring Case VXP kit, MFR: Honeywell, Model# 906-17460, or equal QTY: 1 ea Line Item 0006: Cable Signal breakout VXP MFR: Honeywell, Model# 902-15596-12, or equal, QTY: 1 ea Line Item 0007: Cable Assy. for T-56 Torque runout, MFR: Honeywell, Model# 902-17217, or equal QTY: 1 ea FOB: Destination for delivery to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form and marked with solicitation number F2F2018098A001. Offer may be faxed or emailed to 850-884-2041, Jeffery.porter@hurburt.af.mil. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, evaluation of Commercial Items which is incorporated into this Request for Quote, with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price.
