- This is a Sources Sought notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This Sources Sought notice is a market survey being conducted by the Western Regional Contacting Office to identify small businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Owned firms for a potential award as a prime contractor to provide OB-GYN Physician Services for the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Notice. The Government requests interested firms submit their point of contact, capability, Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and experience no later than 4 June 2008. The NAICs and small business threshold is 621111 and $9.0M. All interested firms are encouraged to respond to this request.
