- Notice of Intent to Award The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to award a contract using SAP and commercial item procedures as set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 to Topologe, LLC in the amount of $66,896.57. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date, May 26, 2008, will be considered by the Government. A determination to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
