Description

The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Wage determination no. 2005-2223 Rev. 4 dated 07/31/2007 is in effect. Copies of the statement of work and wage determination are attached. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-8-00021 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-25. CLIN001 HVAC system cleaning and sanitizing, building 63, quantity 1 job. Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Bldg. 63. Acceptance at same location. Delivery on or before 07-25-08. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau’s vender registration form. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-2, Evalutions-Commerical Items, 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items. Bids are due by 5:00 PM (EST) on 06/09/08.
