Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ)is issued as Solicitation FA2517-08-T-6088. This acquisition is procured as full and open competition. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of offers. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423430 and the size standard is 500 employees. (iii) The following commercial items requested in this solicitation are included as an attachment and listed as “Line items FA2517-08-T-6088” and consist of ADPE Bench stock replenishment items. Potential offers must be aware that the items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal. For those items that are "or equal”, a description of the salient characteristics and picture must be included. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. (iv) Products will be delivered to Peterson AFB, CO. (v) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24.
