- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This requirement is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 337127 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of 50 each environmental computer cabinets to protect desktop computers located in an industrial area (NEMA Rating 12). Cabinet should be large enough to house a desktop computer and 21 inch monitor. Cabinet should include full-view bottom door, filtered fan system (100 CFM, 10 Micron), thermostat (normally open, 32-140 degrees), folding mouse pad (black), and 6-outlet surge protector. Brand-Name or Equal to : ITS Enclosures Ice Station Model IS6628 Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier.
