Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F3G5HA8051A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. The NAICS for this solicitation is 334220. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 750 employees. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED This is a commercial request for the following equipment, Contractor shall provide 1 of EACH item listed below. 1) HF Manpack (DOD COMSEC) -- P/N: AN/PRC-150(c) 2) 400W Base Station Adapter -- P/N: RF-5800H-B003 3) Fast Tune Automatic 400W Antenna Coupler, P/N: RF-382A-15 Color needed: 15 Carc Green 4) Remote Control System 1 17F AN/PRC150, for DoD customers -- P/N: RF-5800R-RC101 5) CBL ASSY, PA/RF-382 CPLR -- P/N: 10181-9824-075 6) Battery Eliminator, Narrow -- P/N: RF-5850-PS002 Pricing shall include delivery FOB destination to Nellis AFB NV 89191. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each item independently, price for combined line items, including shipping cost FOB Destination. Award Basis: Best Value. Award decision will be based upon the offer representing the best value to the government considering the following factors; price, delivery, technical capability, salient characteristics, quality, design, warranty, the award shall be made in the aggregate.
