Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed pricing is requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 effective 22 April 2008. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement for the following items: 0001. Nine (9) Each SMART Technologies model # SSID370, Sympodium 17” Interactive Pen Display or equal. Size: 15 ľ” W x 14 Ľ” H x 2 Ľ” D. Software: Smart board software version 9.7 & Notebook. Cable: USB cable, HI15 Video Cable. Two year waranty. All “or equal” items shall be compatable/interactive with SMART technologies. ITEMS MUST BE DELIVERED AND INVOICED BY 30 SEPTEMBER 2008 The details of contract: Only small businesses are eligible for award. The North American Industry Classification system code is 423430. The small business size standard is 100 employees. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation.
