- SHOWER BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT, CROSS LAKE RECREATION AREA, CROSS LAKE, MINNESOTA. Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a new roof on the existing (constructed in the 1970's) shower building at the Cross Lake Recreation Area. Work shall comply with the Scope of Work attached in the solicitation. This requirement is a 100% HUBZone Set-Aside for small business concerns. Associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $31 million. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $50,000 and $75,000. Offers are due 05 June 2008, and a site visit is required before submitting an offer.
