- Description
- The United States Postal Service is seeking an existing building or a suitable site upon which to locate a new Main Post Office in Buda, TX. The preferred area receiving priority consideration is in the city of Buda, TX. The desired site size ranges from 3.0 to 3.5 acres, more or less, with the optimum site dimensions of 300 feet of frontage and 436 feet of depth. Both smaller and larger sites may be considered, particularly those with a corner location. Consideration will Also be given to existing one story buildings. The building must contain at least 6,500 net interior square feet of space situated on a site of approxiimately 3.0 acres to 3.5 acres. The facility shall be offered "AS IS", with building modifictions to be established and coordinated with the Postal Service. Initial offers for existing buildings may be submitted via letter proposal. Copies of the solicitation package may be obtained from the Postamaster, Buda, TX.
