- This presolicitation notice is for the services of annual and semi-annual Monitoring, Inspection, and Testing of elevators at six (6) federal-owned buildings in NY: (1). Federal Building, 201 Varick Street, NYC; (2). Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, 1 Bowling Green, NYC; (3). Ted Weiss Federal Building, 290 Broadway, NYC; (4). United States Courthouse, 300 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY; (5). Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, NYC; (6). Silvio V. Mollo Federal Building, 1 Saint Andrews Plaza, NYC. All elevator services shall be in compliance with ANSI/ASME Safety Code Requirements, including all labor, parts, and materials. Anticipated bid issuance date is April 28, 2008. Bid Opening Date is May 13, 2008 at 1:30 P.M. The contract is expected to commence on June 1, 2008. ***PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE HAS BEEN MODIFIED/AMENDED ON 5/23/08 AS FOLLOWS: (1). ANTICIPATED BID ISSUANCE DATE IS JUNE 6, 2008. (2). BID OPENING DATE IS JUNE 26, 2008 AT 1:30 P.M. (3). THE CONTRACT IS EXPECTED TO COMMENCE ON JULY 1, 2008. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the Government's discretion. This procurement will be set-aside to small business concerns only. The solicitation will be posted on the Governmentwide Point of Entry at www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested firms must be registered and have active profiles with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) websites under NAICS 541350, Building Inspection Services in order to be considered for an award. All firms must have a Duns & Bradstreet DUNS number. All questions must be submitted in writing to Nicholas Uom at nicholas.uom@gsa.gov.
