FAR CLAUSE 52.211-6 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLAUSE APPLIES TO HIS ORDER SEE ATTACHED DRAFT SHEETS FOR A BETTER DESCRIPTION OF THE PARTS REQUESTED. THE COLOR CODES FOR THE SEATS ARE BUILT IN TO THE PART NUMBERS. THAT INFORMATION CAN BE FURNISHED BY AMERICAN SEATING 1-800-748-0353 - 616-732-6491 (FAX) THESE SEATS ARE REQUIRED FOR AN EXPRESS 4000 BUS. THE CUSTOMER HAS ASKED THAT THREE MORE SEATS BE INSTALLED IN EACH BUS WE HAVE FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF THIRTY-THREE SEATS. AMERICAN SEATING WAS THE ORIGINAL VENDOR OF THE SEATS THAT CAME STANDARD ON THE BUS. DUE TO THIS REQUIREMENT THE SEATS MUST MATCH WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED IN THE BUSES TO KEEP UNIFORMITY.
