Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is soliciting proposals under its Exploratory Advanced Research Program (EARP) for research and development projects that could lead to transformational changes and truly revolutionary advances in highway engineering and intermodal surface transportation in the United States. Interested offerors are directed to the attached documents for further information. The attached BAA must be read in conjunction with the Proposer Information Package. Proposals are due electronically by 4:00 p.m. EST, June 28, 2008, to the following email address: FHWAadvancedresearch@dot.gov
