- The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management intends to modify contract no. NBC020101 to add three one-year options, beginning 1 July 2008, on a sole source basis under the authority of 41U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The contract, awarded to Snodgrass & Associates, provides for technical assistance in the design, development, implementation, and deployment of the Spatial Database Management System and no other firm has the requisite program experience and system knowledge to cost effectively complete the scope of work. See note 22.
