- Red River Army Depot-Directorate of Morale, Welfare, & Recreation has a sole source requirement for a Digital Dining (Point-Of-Sale)Computer System provided by Wirehead Business Technologies, Inc. New Cumberland, PA. for all of its direct operated facilities to standardize reporting, payment solutions, inventory accoutability & provide processing capabilities. The POS is also necessary to implement managerial efficiencies and emplace internal controls on canteen trucks as well as stationary touch screen terminals.
