Description

The nature of this action is to request a sole source award to Tier3SME for maintenance of the Consolidated Admin (CA) and Real-Time Dashboard (RTDB) tool. The CA/ RTDB is part of the Disaster Assistance Division Advanced Call Center Network (ACCN) platform that supports disaster recovery and relief efforts. The CA/ RTDB requires annual maintenance to mitigate FEMA's risk of deflecting or misrouting calls during a disaster. This procurement ensures the success and functionality of the CA/ RTDB, and provides a viable deterrent to full service disruption.
