Description

National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking sources that can provide a customized Accounts Payable Imaging Software System (to include servers, installation, consulting services and annual software maintenance) that operates under Oracle E-business Suite and Oracle AP to include installation. Software MUST be able to (1) seamlessly integrate e-invoices into NSTec's Pay on Receipt (POR) processes, (2) provide a way to create an approval list from the Purchase Order and projects information using Oracle Approvals Management (AME) allowing the AP processor to override the system generated approver, (3) must have the ability to write directly to the AP tables. Request all interested parties submit product brochures, Capability Statements and/or other descriptive literature, which provides sufficient detail to enable preliminary functional evaluation.
