- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a contract with General Dynamics C4 Systems, 77 A ST, Needham, MA 02494-2806. The purpose is to purchase a quantity of fourteen (14) TACLANE KG-175D Micro Encryptor P/N: MC-10901-2 and a quantity of one (1) TACLANE KG-175D Micro (with trade-in) P/N: UT-102-1. General Dynamics is the sole manufacturer of the encryptors. FAR provisions and clauses 52.204-2 Security Requirements, 52.211.15 Defense Priority and Allocation Requirements, 52.222-20, Walsh-Healey Public Contract Act, 52.223-3 Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data, 52.227-2 Notice and Assistance Regarding Patent and Copyright Infringement, 52.227-10 Filing of Patent Applications - Classified Subject Matter, 52.245-2 Government Property (Fixed Price Contracts), 52.246-23 Limitation of Liability and DFARS Clauses 252.203-7001 Prohibition on Persons Convicted of Fraud or Other Defense Contract Related Felonies, 252-227-7013 Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software, 252.227-7014 Rights in Noncommercial Computer Software and NonCommercial Computer Software Documentation are applicable.
