The project consists of constructing roof additions and concrete sidewalks on various housing units located in the Stanley Housing Complex. The project is located at the Forest Service Stanley Administrative Site, 4 miles south of Stanley, Idaho on Highway 75. NAICS: 238160. Size: $13.0 million. Estimated Start Date is 7/15/08 with 90 calendar days for completion. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This is a 100% Hubzone Set-Aside.
