- Description
- Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide"E-WING ROOF REPLACEMENT FCA-D". Contractor shall completely prepare Site for building operations. Including demoltion and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for replacement of the existing roofing system and associated building components located at the VA Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida, and other associated work as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 238160/size standard is $13 million. Cost range is $250,000-$1,000,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES in accordance with Public Law 109-461. The issue date is 6/16/08. Pre-Bid Conference: 6/24/08 at 10:00 am LOCATION: Engineering Conference Room EB106-1, Basement, VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida. Bid Opening: 7/16/08 at 3:00pm in Conference Room B18, Bldg. 19 at the VA MEDICAL CENTER, 619 S. MARION AVENUE, LAKE CITY, FL 32025. All bid packages must be accessed on line.
