Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written request for offers is attached. Solicitation No. FA8629-08-R-2396 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-25 effective 25 April 2008. The Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) is soliciting quotes for the purchase of up to one hundred fifty two (152) Zodiac F470 Evol 7 w/inflatable floor (Part # Z80229, NSN: 1940015619777) in accordance with the specifications outlined in Attachment 1, Section J of the attached RFQ; and up to one hundred seventy-five (175) BRP Evinrude 55 hp multi-fuel engine (Part # E55MRL NSN: 2805015547986) in accordance with the specifications outlined in Attachment 2, Section J of the attached RFQ. Respondents to this Request for Quotes (RFQ) should submit offers for these items in the attached Standard Form 1449.
