Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed pricing is requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement for the Removal, Purchase, and Installation of Theater Seats: (1) Purchase of 678 Theater Seats or "brand name below or equal to" Brand: Continental Collection, Model: Redondo Rocker Features shall include: Rocker mechanism consisting of two rubber pads which are silent and built for frequent and intense use. Seat shall employ automatic self rising gravity lift mechanism. Seat identification by number/letter plate shall be attached to the seat. Seat Back Height: 37 ¾" Seat Width: 22" Armrest: Flip up armrest with cupholder, self skinned pad, & upholstered under armrest Cushioned Back Style: Anatomic Outer Plastic Components: High impact injection-molded Exposed Steel Components: Powder coat paint finish Aisle Standard Covers: Rigid molded polyurethane w/decorative finish Color: Douglass; Sherpa 36 Dark Blue Warranty: Minimum 5 years Note: Sample required if Equal To is submitted (2) Shipping and Handling to Dover AFB, DE (3) Installation of Theater Seats - includes proper placement of seat, marking & drilling hole for anchors, screw seats down in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations (4) Remove 716 Existing Theater Seats Note: Vendor shall verify all features, measurements, and existing site conditions/as built drawings prior to fabrication of seats The details of contract: Small Business Set-Aside.
