Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00421-08-T-0075 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Naval Air Warfare Center (Aircraft Division) Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for the procurement of software upgrades to StarTeam Enterprise Advantage software and Caliber Analyst software from currently under brand name Borland Software Corporation.
