All work performed shall be under the direction and general supervision of an Arborist who is certified by, and a current member of, the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) and attachments will be available via electronic commerce and may be accessed on/about June 3, 2008 at either of the following websites: https://www.fbo.gov, or directly through the DOI National Business Center e-commerce site at: http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
