- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis with FLOWSERVE CORPORATION, 49 SOUTH SILVER CRESCENT CIRCLE, WOODLANDS, TX 77382 for the Replacement of one Vertical Pump to the Bateman Pump Station, Eufaula Powerhouse, Eufaula, Oklahoma. This is a special type of pump and there are currently two additional pumps to be replace of the same manufacturer to maintain consistency and operation during the upgrade it is necessary to replace the outgoing parts with the exact part/pump. This solicitation is available and request for solicitation will be considered for further consideration. anticipated award of this procurement is no later than 30 July 2008 NOTE: Plans and Specifications will be ready on or about 4 June 08.
