- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-08-Q0384 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. FAR 52-211-6, Brand Name or Equal applies to this solicitation. If providing a proposal on an or-equal product, include appropriate documentation/specifications for justification and approval. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 332722 and small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) CLIN 1: 50 Each, Part Number: FTR-5-0-2-650-SC, Noun: Force Tec Retainer OR EQUAL (vi) CLIN 2: 150 Each, Part Number: FTR-4-0-2-370-SC, Noun: Force Tec Retainer OR EQUAL (vii) CLIN 3: 50 Each, Part Number: FTR-5-0-2-590-SC, Noun: Force Tec Retainer OR EQUAL (viii) Delivery to be FOB Destination, Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ, within 30 days ARO. (ix) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (x) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (xi) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.
